On Sep 19, Wang Qinmin, Vice Chairman of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of National Federation of Industry and Commerce led an investigation group to Sihanouk Port Special Economic Zone and Zhou Haijiang, Vice Chairman of National Federation of Industry and Commerce and President of HOdo Group accompanied him. The investigation group heard the report by Chen Jian, President of Sihanouk Port Special Economic Zone Company, about current construction condition, investment advantage and construction summary of Sihanouk Port Special Economic Zone. Wang Qinmin expressed favorable comment on the development achievement of Sihanouk Port Special Economic Zone and the investigation group members were very interested in the investment advantages of Cambodia.

During the investigation, Wang Qin Min and He Changlin, Vice Chairman of Jiangsu Federation of Industry and Commerce jointly unveiled the nameplate of Jiangsu Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia. The foundation of Jiangsu Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia built a new communication platform for cooperation and win-win between Jiangsu enterprises and Sihanouk Port Special Economic Zone Company and provided a new opportunity for promoting overseas development of Jiangsu enterprises.
