On the evening of September 29th, New era of tide - the 40th anniversary of the reform and opening up celebrated by Jiangsu Province and the opening ceremony of the Zijin Culture and Art Festival was held at the Jiangsu Grand Theatre. Secretary of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, Lou Qinjian, and Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor, Wu Zhenglong, attended the performance.
